第三站 美麗的天湖----納木錯
“天湖”納木措.納木措位于藏北的當雄縣和班戈縣之間,湖面海拔4718米,面積約1920平方公里,是世界上海拔最高的大湖。納木措與西藏浪卡子縣
的羊卓雍措和阿里地區普蘭縣的瑪旁雍措並稱西藏的三大“聖湖”。從攝影的角度來看,納木措是“三大聖湖”中景色最美,且最容易出作品的地方。

第四站 藏北的阿里地區
阿里地區位于西藏西北，面積達31萬平方公里，約占西藏全境的四分之一。阿里以它的荒蕪和神秘吸引著世人，也是攝影者夢寐以求的“天堂”。阿里是西藏
最古老的文明“象雄文化”的發源地，在西藏曆史上有重要影響的“古格王朝”在阿里大地上演繹了700年的興衰史。阿里由喜瑪拉雅山、崗底斯山、昆侖山和喀
喇昆侖山構成了雄偉的“地球第三極”，那受全世界數以億計的佛教徒和印度教徒頂禮膜拜的崗底斯山主峰一崗仁波欽峰和“聖湖”瑪旁雍措，那面積達3000平
方公里的世界奇觀“扎達土林”，以及奔跑在荒原上的群群藏羚羊在遼闊的阿里原野上組成了一幅幅氣勢磅、蓋世無雙的畫面。這就是阿里，一個令攝影人身心顫動
的阿里。

第五站 四川省境內的四姑娘山
四姑娘山主峰海拔6250米，為四川境內笫二高峰，故稱“蜀山之后”.四姑娘山由四座山峰所組成，它們分別代表四姐妹，其中最小的妹妹為主峰，也是四座山峰中最俊俏的-座。
現在的四姑娘山風景區面積約2000余平方公里，由四姑娘山、巴郎山、雙橋溝和長坪溝及海子溝几部份組成。四姑娘山景區的特點在于山峰的峻峭，如果說
九寨溝以水美而聞名于世，則四姑娘山以山壯其特征，特別在雙橋溝，高聳峻峭的雪峰下是莽莽的原始森林，再下是一片片的高山草甸，頗有阿爾卑斯山的風貌。故
四姑娘山又被稱為“東方的阿爾卑斯山”。
