做法
1.新鮮三文魚切成刺身薄片。
2.酸蕎頭、酸薑、酸木瓜、甘筍、白蘿蔔、薑、蔥、洋蔥及靑紅椒等切絲排好。
3.花生及薄脆放可碟邊,魚肉要放在最上面,淋上自製汁醬。
4.拌匀時須大家一齊拿筷子撈匀,一齊說吉祥的說話,例如:“越撈越起,風生水起!”諸如此類。
材料:
香脆類:花生、芝麻、薄脆、芋片;
添加味類:酸薑、酸蕎頭、酸木瓜;
原味類:蔥、薑、甘筍、白蘿蔔、青紅椒、檸檬葉、洋蔥;
調味料:酸甜汁、茄汁、檸汁、鹽、蜜糖、醋;
