簡單好吃的-五味魷魚

魷魚洗淨切好,燒開一鍋水,放入薑片三片,二支蔥,酒1大匙,放入魷魚川燙,顏色變白後再30秒後撈起,放涼備用。

將糖,醋,醬油,塩,香油,放入碗中攪拌均勻,放入切好的蔥花,紅椒椒,大蒜,薑泥拌勻。
